Founded by President
Andrew Brenner, Prime Realty Properties & Management has been involved
in Investment Sales, Leasing and Property Management since 1989. Andy is
a New York State licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Public
Accountant, who is a Member Emeritus of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA)
and New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCVPA). He has over 20 years of
brokerage experience specializing in the sale of investment and
commercial properties, and the acquisition and disposition of distressed
properties. Although specializing in the Long Island marketplace where
they have sold dozens of investment properties, Andy's team has also
completed a number of successful sales in various locations across the
country.
In addition to over
24 years of experience in property management and accounting for
shopping centers, office and industrial buildings and apartment
complexes, Prime Realty has leased various types of investment
properties for banks, trusts and building owners on both a short term
